Quiet, peaceful and beautiful scenery, but don’t let that fool you…this is an appetite builder too. Great for the whole family and any skill level.
Due to COVID, we are not offering transportation services this winter. If you are visiting from out of town, we strongly recommend that you drive your own, or rent a car during your stay in Utah.
Please be sure to let us know if you prefer to hike at North Forty Escape’s private ranch in the Uinta Mountains just east of Oakley, or where the Wasatch and Uinta Mountains meet in the red rock canyons of Echo.
North Forty Escapes in the Uinta’s east of Oakley: Over 9000 acres of alpine forest along a spring-fed stream, thick with aspen and pine trees.
Red rock cliffs of Echo: A private working ranch with over 5000 acres of high desert sagebrush and Gambel oak along red rock cliff canyon wall and expansive views.
Sometimes one location will have good snow, while another location lacks good conditions.
