RESERVATIONS & PAYMENTS

Full payment is required when you make your reservation.

CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS

We require 7 days notice of cancellations, in order to receive a refund. You must speak with one of our agents to cancel your reservation. Emails and voicemails will not confirm your cancellation until we speak with you.

No refund will be issued for late arrivals or no-shows.

It is your responsibility to be at the scheduled location at the time of check-in, on the date of your trip.

*Please check your confirmation email for date, time, meeting location, and directions. Different tours have different meeting locations.

WEATHER CANCELLATIONS

Weather cancellations are determined solely by the outfitter based on conditions. Refunds for weather cancellations are at the discretion of Destination Sports.

We will contact you at least one day before your reservation date if we determine that weather will be an issue.
Weather forecasts in our area become more accurate just a couple of days in advance, but still vary widely from canyon to canyon.

If you are concerned about the weather forecast, give us a call.

LATE ARRIVALS

If you arrive late and miss your trip, you have cancelled without notification and will not receive a refund. If space and guide availability permit, we may be able to put you on a later trip. However, this is situational and cannot be a guaranteed option. Therefore, it is in your best interest to be at the correct lcoation on time for your trip’s check-in and departure.
