Is this suitable for young children?
Sleigh rides are great for families with small children and most adults.
What should I wear?
Warm winter ski type clothing or similar warm outerwear with a base layer, warm boots, gloves, and a hat that covers your ears.
What should I bring?
Consider hand and toe warmers and face protector. Adult beverages if desired
Can I bring a camera? Any special considerations?
Yes, and a waterproof disposable with flash is the safest choice but that decision is up to you.
Do I need to sign a waiver?
Yes, on all tours. Children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult and their waiver must be signed by parent or legal guardian.
What else should I know?
Plan to arrive at the ranch 30 minutes before your schedule sleigh ride.
It takes about 40 minutes to drive to the ranch from Park City, and 60 minutes from Salt Lake City.
Restrooms are available at the base lodge.
The Park City Shuttle ride is about 30 minutes each way but weather can be a consideration.
Weather conditions may be different from Park City, usually somewhat cooler due to the higher elevation.
